Capgemini Invent is seeking a Business Technology Director in Singapore to advise CIOs/CTOs and steer technology transformations. You’ll lead digital strategy, operating models, cloud roadmaps and enterprise architecture for multi-year client engagements.

You’ll grow client relationships, drive deals, and lead cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia, delivering scalable technology solutions with a focus on sustainable IT and value creation.

Formación

• Proven track record in consulting with 15+ years in enterprise and digital architecture.
• Experience in IT/Digital Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Service Management and Cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, AI, cybersecurity and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Cloud advisory, strategy and operating model, FinOps with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and long-term strategy.
• Agile and DevOps Transformation expertise.
• Certifications spanning Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile (SPC, SA, SAFe).
• Regional Southeast Asia market experience.
• Outsourcing & shared service experience.

About the role

We need a Business Technology Director who has experience advising CIOs and CTOs and steering technology transformations. You’ll have a history of successful IT strategy, IT operating model design, cloud transformation or enterprise architecture roadmaps that have involved improved ITs ability to delivery business outcomes. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements.

What you’ll do:

• Own and grow a multi-million-dollar consulting portfolio across Southeast Asia.
• Lead the shaping and selling of digital transformation deals - building collaborative relationships with CxOs and client sponsors to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
• Design technology strategies and roadmaps help clients move to modern operating model and platforms.
• Passion for Sustainable IT and Technology.
• Designing and implementing modern platform-based architecture
• Identifying opportunities to help drive out technology cost and opportunities to leverage to.
• Leading and managing cross functional teams located locally and virtually.
• Working with Business Development Executives to identify and develop opportunities.
• Some aspects of market understanding, sector experience and driving business dev.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven track record in consulting, with 15+ years’ experience in consulting, enterprise and digital architecture.
• Experience in IT/Digital Strategy, IT/Digital Operating Model, IT Service Management and Cost optimization.
• Strong consulting experience with deep understanding of current and emerging technologies. This includes knowledge of cloud computing, AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and data analytics
• Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
• Cloud advisory, strategy and operating model, Technology Implementation Roadmap, FinOps and experience of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• The ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and create long-term strategies that drive growth and innovation.
• Agile and DevOps Transformation.
• Relevant certifications covering Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile (SPC, SA, SAFe Architect).
• Planning, organization and resource management.
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia markets.
• Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills.
• Outsourcing & shared service experience.
