A leading equipment solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Director of Sales to drive the sales strategy and performance of the equipment division. This role requires strategic leadership and strong communication skills to lead a team focused on consultative selling and relationship management. The Director of Sales, Equipment is responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, performance, and growth of the equipment division. This role leads the sales team in delivering solutions that meet customer specifications and maximize revenue through both direct and distribution channels. The Director works closely with VPS of the segments, engineering, and operational teams to ensure that products meet mechanical and electrical requirements. Through consultative selling, the Director will develop ROI-based value propositions and cultivate long-term partnerships with our National Accounts and Key Accounts. The position requires strategic leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering collaboration and driving organizational growth.
