Position: Director of Sales - Market Development, India
Responsibilities
  • Understand JONEX Global’s business model and differentiation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for India.
  • Research, generate leads, and outreach to prospective organizations.
  • Represent JONEX Global at events, expos, and conferences in India (virtual and physical).
  • Coordinate and lead online and face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Present complex proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Build and lead the sales team in India, including performance management.
  • Utilize social media for outreach and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Support third-party consultancies, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as agreed.
Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Proven leadership and relationship-driven sales skills.
  • Extensive sales or business development experience in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors.
  • Ability to understand complex business models and strategic goals.
  • Proactive, responsible, and diligent attitude.
  • Awareness of current affairs and cultural diversity.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Willing to travel within India and internationally.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to New Delhi, Gurugram, or nearby areas.
  • Authorized to live and work in India.
