AVPN LIMITED is seeking a Product Leader to define and drive the long-term vision for their software platform. This role encompasses end-to-end product lifecycle management, sales enablement, and collaboration with technical teams to ensure a user-centered approach. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights to enhance product positioning and drive user satisfaction.
Strategic Product Leadership: Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the software platform. This involves deeply understanding market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and our internal capabilities to craft a cohesive product roadmap that directly supports the company's business objectives
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous iteration. You'll make data-driven decisions to prioritize features, optimize performance, and ensure the platform's ongoing success and evolution.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and significant enhancements. This includes defining market segments, identifying target audiences, and shaping compelling positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and team to empower them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively articulate product value and close deals. You'll also oversee the creation of high-impact marketing and sales collateral, such as presentations, battle cards, website content, case studies, whitepapers, demos, and product videos.
Technical Acumen & Collaboration: Possess a strong technical understanding to facilitate effective communication with engineering teams. This allows you to grasp technical constraints and make informed decisions regarding product architecture and overall feasibility.
User & Market Champion: Act as the voice of the customer and the market within the organization. You'll ensure the platform addresses real user problems and that all new features and enhancements are driven by genuine market demand. Craft clear, differentiated, and compelling product messaging and positioning that truly resonates with target audiences and effectively highlights the platform's key value propositions.
Impact Organization (IO) Engagement & Value Proposition: Partner with the Director of IO Community Engagement to deeply understand the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the impact organizations leveraging our platform. You will translate these insights into product requirements, ensuring the platform provides robust functionalities that empower impact organizations to effectively showcase their work, enhance their governance, manage their outcomes, and increase their visibility to funders. You will champion their experience within the product roadmap.
