Job summary

FINN Partners in Singapore seeks a Director to lead financial services and technology communications. You’ll guide senior client counsel, ensure integrated campaigns span earned, content, digital, creative and social, and manage multi-account portfolios with profitability in mind.

The role requires roughly a decade of PR/communications experience, agency exposure preferred, and strong leadership to grow the practice and win new work in the Singapore region.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years in PR or integrated communications, ideally agency-side.
• Strong expertise across financial services, enterprise technology and/or cybersecurity.
• Track record in media relations, senior client counsel and issues management.
• Experience developing integrated strategies across earned, content, digital and social.
• Solid understanding of financial services regulation and working with legal/compliance teams.
• Strong strategic planning, proposal and pitch development skills.
• Team leadership, mentoring, resource planning and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy across a portfolio of financial services and technology accounts.
• Direct counsel and ensure campaigns land across earned, content, digital, creative and social.
• Grow the practice by spotting opportunities and leading pitches.
• Manage a group of consultants and executives and develop talent while protecting profitability.
