You’ll be entrusted with managing service performance, leading network incident response, and leading technical teams across diverse domains such as IP networks, cloud, transport, and security.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Operations: Manage a technically diverse team responsible for infrastructure performance, operational support, and real-time service assurance.
  • Ensure Availability: Own incident response and fault resolution processes, ensuring rapid recovery and root cause elimination with full SLA compliance.
  • Act as Escalation Authority: Be the primary escalation contact for critical technical disruptions; maintain availability for high-priority events 24/7.
  • Drive Improvement: Use data and diagnostics to spot trends, mitigate recurring issues, and implement changes that enhance network reliability.
  • Oversee Change Management: Collaborate on planned upgrades, deployments, and transitions to minimize risk and optimize platform health.
  • Vendor & Partner Oversight: Coordinate third-party support and maintenance activities, ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
  • Financial Responsibility: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and allocate resources based on current performance and future growth.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader: You have more than 10 years of experience and bring minimum 6 years in senior roles within technical operations or network infrastructure management, preferably in telco, ISP, or mission-critical enterprise environments.
  • Technically Grounded: Solid grounding in IP networking, fibre infrastructure, optical transport systems (e.g., DWDM), and enterprise connectivity technologies (Metro-E, VPNs).
  • Cloud & Security Aware: Working knowledge of public/hybrid cloud infrastructure, platform diversity (Windows, Linux, VMware), and enterprise-grade cybersecurity tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, etc.).
  • Tool-Savvy: Familiar with network monitoring platforms (NMS/OSS) and fault management systems used in 24/7 operations environments.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong communication and service management skills, with a focus on ensuring an exceptional technical experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Crisis-Ready: Calm under pressure, decisive in emergencies, and quick to mobilize resources for resolution and recovery.

Why Consider This Role?

  • Lead a high-performing team and own the end-to-end delivery of critical technical services.
  • Shape the systems and standards that will support digital infrastructure and secure connectivity for years to come.
