Job Description
As the Director of Marketing Communication (E-commerce), you will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing and communication initiatives to elevate the brand presence, drive online sales, and strengthen customer engagement across multiple digital platforms. This leadership role plays a critical part in shaping the brand’s identity and accelerating growth in the competitive premium F&B market.
Responsibilities:
1.Account Management:
Effectively manage existing corporate accounts, nurturing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with wholesalers/distributors, providing support to achieve sales targets and foster growth.
2.Business Development:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients to enhance market penetration.
Develop innovative business channels, aligning with brand positioning, including collaborations with supermarkets, department stores, hotels, corporations, and retailers.
3.Sales Operations:
Process sales orders efficiently, calculating costs to maintain optimal company margins.
Manage stock levels for Singapore and coordinate timely deliveries.
4.B2B Sales:
Handle B2B sales orders, overseeing warehouse packing, delivery arrangements, and related document preparation.
5.Quotation and Proposal Management:
Independently prepare and submit quotations to clients.
Organize comprehensive proposals tailored to customer needs.
6.Financial Responsibilities:
Oversee client credit collection and manage the overall invoicing process.
7.Communication:
Address inquiries from corporate communication channels, including the company website and social media.
8.Commercial Proposal:
Provide timely and strategic commercial proposals to potential clients.
Proactively identify and engage with new clients aligned with the company's positioning.
9.Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture effective account relationships.
10.Market Research:
Conduct ongoing market research, including proposed assortment, pricing strategies, and merchandising trends.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in business development or sales, specifically within supermarkets, department stores, and similar establishments in Singapore.
Experience in corporate and wholesale sales, preferably in field-related sales to hotels and restaurants, in food and alcohol.
Minimum Diploma in Marketing & Business Administration or equivalent.
Able to lead, manage & motivate a team meet sales goals.
Hands-on approach in solving challenges and a good team player.
Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
Strong oral & written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
