About the Role


An exciting leadership opportunity in the Data Center networking domain, focusing on Data Center Fabric, Automation, and high-performance network connectivity solutions. This role will drive go-to-market strategies and expand the business footprint across the Asia Pacific region in high-performance computing, AI, and machine learning networking environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development

  • Drive business growth for IP Data Center network solutions, including Data Center Fabric, Data Center Gateway, and Data Center Automation across the Asia Pacific market.

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships with enterprise, cloud, and telecommunications customers.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute technical pre-sales, sales strategy, and go-to-market plans for IP Data Center networking solutions.

  • Collaborate with regional Business Development teams, Product Line Management, Pre-Sales, and Sales to align plans and achieve growth targets.

  • Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to promote Data Center networking solutions.

  • Conduct regular meetings and solution presentations to drive adoption.

  • Market Intelligence & Representation

  • Represent Asia Pacific market needs to global headquarters and influence product and solution development.

  • Monitor competitor landscape (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista) and provide insights for market positioning.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with global IP networks teams to secure resources, align on strategies, and enable regional success.
    Key Requirements

    • Experience & Expertise

    • 10+ years of business development experience in the Data Center networking segment.

    • Proven track record in selling to enterprise, cloud, and telco customers.

    • Excellent partner/channel collaboration experience.

    • Deep understanding of IP Data Center Fabric and Automation market trends.

    • Technical knowledge of IP Data Center networking technologies:

    • IP/Ethernet, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN

    • AI DC Networking (RoCEv2, UEC)

    • Container, Kubernetes, Cloud networking

    • Security protocols (IPSec, MACSec) and DDoS mitigation

  • Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to work independently while driving results.

  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization
