FORM Careers is seeking a Hospitality Interior Design Director to lead the design of a high-profile, large-scale hospitality project in central Singapore. This landmark development requires a seasoned leader to drive the design development, execution, and delivery, overseeing all aspects of Interior Design for the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design Vision & Execution:

1. Lead the interior design strategy, aligning with brand and project goals.
2. Oversee all design elements, ensuring a cohesive experience across public spaces, guest rooms, F&B outlets etc.

Project Oversight:

1. Manage the interior design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
2. Coordinate teams, consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.
3. Approve all design documentation, materials, and finishes to meet luxury standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

1. Serve as the primary design contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and design integrity.
2. Present design concepts and updates to senior stakeholders, addressing feedback promptly.

Lead, mentor, and manage the design team, ensuring efficient work processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. 12+ years of experience in interior design for large-scale, high-profile hospitality projects, with a focus on luxury hotels, resorts, or mixed-use developments.
3. Proven expertise in leading interior design teams and managing projects from concept to completion.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex, multi-phase projects.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and efficiency under pressure.
