SG Enable's Enabling Academy seeks an Assistant Director to lead the Sector Development and Operations team, driving the quality, growth and sustainability of disability learning ecosystems. • Degree holder in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the disability sector or continuing education.
• Experience in facilitation or programme design is a plus.
• Clear writing and presentation skills aimed at stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Sector Development and Operations team to drive quality, growth and sustainability.
• Expand inclusive learning opportunities and strengthen sector capabilities.
• Foster partnerships with training providers, employers and caregivers.
• Ensure compliant and efficient operations across programmes and initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and engage senior management and partners.
