The Director of ICT is responsible for all aspects of ICT in the school and leads the development and implementation of the school’s ICT strategy. This includes managing ICT systems, infrastructure and support as well as the use of ICT in teaching & learning. The role involves:
Supporting the ICT Manager and department in key areas, including:
Providing technical support for events, overseeing network and system operations, and ensuring policies on child protection, health, safety, and data security are followed.
Planning and managing the ICT budget, guiding procurement, and professional development planning. Staying current with technological developments and contributing to reports and system management routines. Additionally, contributing to induction, parental sessions, and safeguarding policies.
