    You will be leading global B2B sales and strategic business development for a design-driven consulting startup. Your main responsibilities will include driving new customer acquisition among mid-to-large enterprises, managing high-value accounts, and leading consultative sales engagements with CXO-level stakeholders. You will collaborate with UI/UX and delivery teams to position cutting-edge solutions and mentor the BD team to foster high-performance growth practices.Your key responsibilities will revolve around owning new logo/client acquisition and strategic enterprise account growth, leading consultative, solution-oriented sales for UX/IT and transformation engagements, representing the company at key industry, client, and strategic events, mentoring/coaching BDMs, aligning with marketing and delivery teams, utilizing CRM, analytics, and automation for insightful sales management and forecasting, and positioning UI/UX and technology capabilities in a business-centric context.The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 8 years of B2B business development experience at the Director/Head BD level, a successful track record in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector, proven experience in handling CXO/enterprise deals and building commercial relationships, proficiency with CRM and digital selling/marketing tools, a strong analytics background, superb communication skills, commercial acumen, and leadership experience. An MBA (preferably global) and a prior background in Big 4/Tier-1 or high-growth consulting would be highly preferred.,
