Director of Enterprise Sales

As a professional with 8-12 years of experience in B2B business development, you will be responsible for leading global sales and strategic business development for a design-driven consulting startup based in Powai, Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers from mid-to-large enterprises, managing high-value accounts, and engaging in consultative sales discussions with CXO-level stakeholders. Collaborating closely with UI/UX and delivery teams, you will play a crucial role in positioning cutting-edge solutions in the market. Additionally, you will be expected to mentor the business development team and promote a culture of high-performance growth practices.Your key responsibilities will include owning new client acquisition, driving strategic enterprise account growth, and leading consultative sales for UX/IT and transformation engagements. You will represent the company at various industry, client, and strategic events, while also mentoring and coaching the Business Development Managers and ensuring alignment with the marketing and delivery teams. Utilizing CRM, analytics, and automation tools will be essential for insightful sales management and forecasting. Furthermore, you will be required to showcase the UI/UX and technology capabilities of the company in a business-centric context.The ideal candidate for this role possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B business development at the Director/Head BD level. You should have a successful track record in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector. Demonstrated expertise in handling CXO/enterprise deals, building commercial relationships, and proficiency with CRM and digital selling/marketing tools are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, commercial acumen, and leadership experience are crucial for excelling in this position. An MBA qualification, preferably obtained from a global institution, along with prior experience in a Big 4/Tier-1 or high-growth consulting background, will be advantageous for this role.,
