The ideal candidate will drive pedagogy, oversee resource creation, and uphold rigorous standards across programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align academic goals with student needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an academic leadership role.
• Deep understanding of learning theories and curriculum design.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a teaching team.
• Experience in designing and implementing curricula.
• Strong recruitment and evaluation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and ensure materials are current and engaging.
• Oversee textbooks, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
• Ensure curriculum quality and consistency across programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor teachers; conduct evaluations.
• Support academic quality assurance and teacher evaluations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align offerings.
• Monitor student progress and satisfaction to inform improvements.
• Manage academic budgets and resources; oversee edtech selection.
