Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a lead for the cost and contracts team to oversee cost planning, budgeting, tenders and final accounts for development and project works.

You will collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure compliant contract administration, timely reports, and robust cost controls across all projects. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential to guide the team through variations, claims and disputes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management and contracts administration.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost planning, contract law, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Good leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
