About The Director Of Business Role
As a Director of Business, your role will focus on initiating and nurturing thoughtful conversations with qualified individuals who are exploring our services. You’ll guide them through a structured discovery process, offering insights and supporting them in making informed, aligned decisions. This isn’t a transactional sales position—it’s about meaningful client engagement and long-term impact.
In This Role, You’ll Be Responsible For
- Initiating professional outreach through platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and others (we provide guidance and training)
- Leading conversations that focus on alignment, values, and transformation
- Introducing potential clients to our offerings through a consultative and respectful process
- Managing your digital communication through Zoom, CRM systems, and email
- Participating in collaborative team calls and continuing development sessions
- Tracking your performance and evolving your strategy with support and mentorship
This Role Is Well-Suited For Those Who
- Have 5+ years of experience in business development, client relations, consulting, coaching, or similar fields
- Are articulate, thoughtful communicators with a sincere interest in helping others
- Work well independently while also valuing a supportive team culture
- Are organized, self-directed, and consistent in their approach
- Have a genuine interest in professional development and personal growth
- Are comfortable using digital platforms for communication and outreach
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Have experience with digital marketing tools or platforms (helpful but not required—we’ll train you)
