Job summary

GOVT VCCP, an APAC challenger agency, seeks a Technical Director to lead AI, platform strategy and technology delivery. You will collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer, guide enterprise marketing platforms, and drive client transformation across Singapore and India, with London teams providing support.

You will shape CRM, automation, SEO and lifecycle design, recruit and mentor the delivery team, and ensure governance, security and delivery quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in software engineering, solutions architecture or technical consulting.
• Experience with enterprise marketing platforms and data systems.
• Ability to design CRM, personalisation and lifecycle strategies across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven workflows and client transformation initiatives.
• Set strategic direction for enterprise marketing platforms and data environments.
• Lead remote/onsite teams and partner with senior stakeholders to shape client propositions.
