Job description

As a Director, Marketing - Emerging Brands, you'll work to develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and plans for our alcohol and adult sparkling soft drink portfolio in ASP-OU (ASEAN & SOUTH PACIFIC Operating Unit) to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives, and financial targets.

Specifically, you will be working on the Schweppes range of Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic Drinks and other Adult Sparkling initiatives.

We are looking for people who have a passion for building relationships and will be proud to represent our brands. Candidates should be results-driven and have brand management experience in consumer-packaged goods. There is a preference for candidates who have experience working on premium adult-oriented beverages, such as non-alcoholic mixers, and in socialization channels like on-premise bars and restaurants.

The Director will be able to:

  1. Develop, articulate, and implement multi-year strategic and annual business plans for our Schweppes TM range of products and our broader adult sparkling portfolio to help deliver our alcohol and adult sparkling business ambition.
  2. Lead the development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for Schweppes to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives, and financial targets.
  3. Partner with internal (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Clusters) and external stakeholders (e.g., bottlers and other suppliers) to develop products, packaging, and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies, and drive business objectives.


Experience required:
  1. Strong marketing and leadership experience (10+ years).
  2. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  4. Experience working with external partners (bottlers and customers) is preferred.
