Job summary

FOO KON TAN SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Audit Director to lead and grow its technology risk practice in Singapore. You will oversee client engagements across ITGC, security controls, data privacy and governance, while driving revenue growth and profitability.

Candidates with 8–12+ years in IT audit or advisory, and relevant certifications, will guide teams, mentor managers, and build strong client relationships to expand the firm's market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of IT audit, technology risk, or advisory experience with leadership.
• Candidates with 5–7 years may be considered for a Manager role.
• Proven experience managing client engagements and contributing to revenue growth.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance and risk frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a risk-based IT audit plan aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead and oversee client engagements across ITGC, application controls, cybersecurity and data privacy.
• Provide practical recommendations to improve risk management and controls.
• Review engagement deliverables for quality, compliance with standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, MAS TRM).
• Build client relationships to support retention and new business opportunities.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and team utilization for profitability.
• Mentor and develop managers and team members to raise capabilities.
