Job Description

KPMG’s HR Consulting professionals help clients navigate, implement, and sustain transformational change to drive unprecedented levels of performance. Organizations operate in a constantly changing environment, and managing a strong workforce is challenging but offers strategic opportunities for HR transformation, turning organizational potential into financial and market success.

We seek experienced consultants capable of leading client project delivery and business development in areas such as:

  • HR Transformation
  • Change Management

You will assist clients in achieving maximum advantage by developing and implementing innovative business and people strategies, with a focus on change management to support growth and success.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in business planning, HR strategies, organizational design, manpower optimization, and performance management; experience in organizational transformation and business strategy is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Deep knowledge of organizational and behavioral change management.
  • Proficiency in developing change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training needs analysis, and driving user adoption.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to multitask and work with diverse levels of personnel.
