Job description

We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead IT financial management across the organisation. This role combines strategic oversight of Group IT budgets with project management and business partnership responsibilities.

You will serve as the primary business partner with IT stakeholders, developing frameworks for reviewing, approving and tracking Group IT budget. This includes leading budget discussions for IT projects, conducting annual budget reviews, collaborating with the Group Chief Information Officer’s office for IT Committee’s approvals, and providing regular financial reports to Senior Management. The role involves designing Transfer Pricing frameworks, negotiating transfer pricing keys for national IT projects, and working with Finance Operations on Central IT Assets budgets.

Furthermore, you will provide project management support to the SAP FIMM project and ensure robust business models for Radiological Shared Services operations, including developing fair chargeback mechanisms and harmonising service pricing for Epic roll-out initiatives.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with at least 15 years’ experience in a managerial role
  • Chartered Accountant of Singapore
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting and experience with S/4HANA implementation would be advantageous
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations
  • Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
