    As a highly experienced professional in the B2B sales and business development field, you will be responsible for leading global strategic initiatives at a design-driven consulting startup based in Powai, Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers within mid-to-large enterprises and managing high-value accounts. To excel in this role, you will engage in consultative sales activities with CXO-level stakeholders and collaborate closely with UI/UX and delivery teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.Your key responsibilities will include driving new client acquisition, overseeing strategic enterprise account growth, and representing the company at various industry events. Additionally, you will mentor and coach the business development team, ensuring alignment with marketing and delivery functions. Leveraging CRM, analytics, and automation tools will be essential for effective sales management and forecasting.
