Job Description
Ensures operational excellence in driving the company’s business growth locally and globally in accordance with the company expansion plan.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Assists in implementing strategies for operational management and development to meet organizational plans and goals within budgets and timelines.
- Works closely with the Group CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans.
- Sets KPIs and strategizes on expansion and operational improvement plans.
- Assists in the continuous evolution of the current brand or development of new dining concepts to keep the business relevant to the market.
- Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the company's operational condition.
- Identifies and evaluates strategic business opportunities for growth and expansion via M&A or partnerships.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Motivates and leads a high-performance management team to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives.
- Provides day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization aligned with the company's mission and core values.
- Grooms and builds a team of motivated F&B professionals for the company’s expansion plans.
- Oversees and ensures the smooth running of all restaurant operations.
- Defines processes and monitoring systems to ensure high standards of food and service quality.
- Responsible for measuring and improving the effectiveness of all internal and external processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.
