Position overview: As the Franchise Strategy Director for North+ BIG, you will help craft the long-term strategy for Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia. You will translate this strategy into a full-year Annual Business Plan and work with Frontline teams to ensure monthly performance aligns with these plans. Reporting to the ASP Strategy VP, your key stakeholders will be the Franchise leads for the South cluster.

What you will do for us:

  • LRP: Support the development of the OU LRP by providing local context from frontline and bottlers, translating OU LRP to Franchise LRP to secure alignment on key priorities.
  • Build ABP presentations within the Franchise unit for alignment with bottlers and for presentation to the OULT.
  • Support SWIRE, BIG alignment by managing scheduling, reports, meeting agendas, and high-quality materials, ensuring pre-alignment, running meetings, and deploying next steps.
  • Orchestrate Frontline decision point (DP) routines, including setting agendas, running meetings, and deploying next steps related to monthly performance reviews.
  • Monthly performance review for the South, including data analysis, summary/decision documentation, and discussions in frontline and presentations in the OULT as needed.
  • Conduct market-specific or OU-wide deep dives on key topics surfaced during performance reviews, in collaboration with frontline leadership.
  • Managing two team members supporting strategy for North+ BIG clusters.
  • Collaborate with cluster leadership and the center to identify growth opportunities in markets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FMCG or management consulting.
