Argyll Scott is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across the APAC region. The role partners with regional and global finance leadership to drive performance in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The successful candidate will manage and grow a regional FP&A team, influence senior stakeholders across commercial and supply chain, and push standardization of planning processes. Singapore-based with relocation options considered.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in FP&A, ideally in FMCG or fast-paced multinationals.
• Experience building and leading regional FP&A teams across multiple markets.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and partner with commercial and supply chain teams.

A global consumer products/FMCG business is seeking an Director to lead financial planning & analysis across the APAC region. This is a high-visibility role with genuine scope for growth, including a potential path toward an expanded senior FP&A leadership position spanning commercial and supply chain finance as the function evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A across the APAC region, partnering closely with regional and global finance leadership
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles across multiple markets
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing regional FP&A team
• Act as a key finance business partner to commercial and supply chain stakeholders
• Drive process improvement and standardization across regional planning cycles
• Support broader finance initiatives across the region

About You

• Strong FP&A background within FMCG, consumer products, or a comparable fast-paced, matrixed multinational
• Proven experience managing or building a team, ideally across multiple markets
• Hands-on operator profile comfortable rolling up sleeves rather than purely strategic oversight
• Likely 8-12+ years' experience, with meaningful exposure to APAC markets
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior commercial and supply chain leaders
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore
