Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology is seeking a Director of Financial Analysis in Singapore/Penang. You will lead regional SG&A budgeting, forecast, and reporting, while analyzing performance, explaining variances, and delivering executive insights on trends and risks.

You will partner with regional leaders to evaluate business cases, investments, pricing, and cost initiatives, driving profitability, cash flow, and working capital improvements across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA or local equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including regional leadership.
• Strong expertise in financial statements, planning, forecasting, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional SG&A budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Analyze financial and operational performance; explain variances and provide executive insights.
• Partner with regional leaders to evaluate business cases, investments, pricing, and cost initiatives.
• Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital, and productivity initiatives across Asia.
• Support M&A, capital investments, market entry, and cost optimization activities.
