Job summary

Singapore Food Agency is seeking a strategic, hands-on data leader to bridge policy, operations, technology and analytics. You will engage senior stakeholders, translate complex requirements into data solutions, and drive multidisciplinary initiatives to foster data-driven decision making across the organisation.

You will lead the Data Governance and Transformation Department (DGT) within the Digital Technology & Transformation Division (DTT), guiding data policy, standards, and capabilities

Qualifications

Strong background in data governance, analytics, or related fields.
Experience leading complex analytics or data-driven policy analysis.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and data management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement and review SFA's data policy and governance framework across its data lifecycle.
Project manage key data-related projects from requirements to data architecture development.
Lead cross-divisional data initiatives ensuring data is cleaned and ready for discovery.
Coordinate and upskill data analysts/engineers within the organisation.
Propose and build tech enablers for data provisioning, storage, analytics and visualisation.
Catalyse and track data transformation initiatives, including automation and service journeys.
