Job summary

BowerGroupAsia, Inc. is seeking a Director for Energy, Climate & Resources (ECR) based in Asia to lead the global ECR practice.

You will manage client service, business development, and thought leadership for multinational clients across the Indo-Pacific and Africa, reporting to the Vice President in Singapore. The role requires strong English communication, a bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred), 5–10 years in government, multinationals, journalism, or consulting in the ECR space, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in government, multinational corporations, journalism, and/or consulting in the ECR sector.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in fluent English; proficiency in an Asian language is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience in energy, climate, environment, or resource policy, or closely related fields.
• Aptitude for public speaking and project presentations and engaging confidently with corporate representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global ECR business development and client relationships for BGA’s ECR practice.
• Represent BGA and serve as a thought leader in relevant industry forums and events.
• Advise management on resource investments and recruitment for ECR talent and capabilities.
• Develop and share insights to improve client service and growth across markets.
