The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in project finance and a strong commercial track record, particularly with Southeast Asian projects. This role is crucial for advancing Singapore's sustainable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in project finance, M&A advisory for the energy infrastructure, renewable energy or utilities sectors.
• Proven commercial deal making track record, preferably including Southeast Asian projects.
• Deep understanding of energy markets and transmission regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and closure of complex commercial agreements for electricity import and transmission.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary deal teams.
• Negotiate terms with utilities, governments, and international partners.
