Job summary

Montfort Care is seeking a Director, Eldercare to provide strategic and operational leadership across the eldercare pillar, including Goodlife at Home, Goodlife Makan, and Goodlife Studios. You will oversee a sizeable team, drive service excellence, and spearhead expansion via tenders and new funding streams.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement with government agencies, funders, and community partners, and a track record in transformational service delivery within eldercare settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counselling, Healthcare, Nursing, Allied Health, Social Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, social service leadership, public health, healthcare management, or organisational leadership would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and practice leadership across Montfort Care's eldercare pillar.
• Oversee ~100 staff in Goodlife and collaborate with the Goodlife Middle Office.
• Drive service excellence, lead expansion through tenders and new funding streams.
• Strengthen social-health integration with government agencies and community partners.
• Lead end-to-end preparation, writing, and submission of tenders for new Active Ageing Centres and pilot services.
• Collaborate across pillars to address care gaps for seniors and caregivers.
