Director, E-Commerce, SEA
As the Director of E-Commerce, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving Sephora’s ecommerce revenue growth across Southeast Asia and Australia–New Zealand. You will lead the charge in commercial planning, campaign orchestration, and the development of differentiated digital value propositions. Business Planning & Digital Commercial Calendar
- Translating regional business goals into a strategic, insight-led digital calendar that builds both sales and long-term brand equity.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, CRM, and onsite) to identify growth opportunities and orchestrate cohesive execution.
- Leading commercial block mapping, trade prioritization, and cross-functional campaign synchronization.
- Driving business reviews, block mapping, and performance tracking to fuel continuous learning and agility.
- Guiding country teams on integrating local amplification within centrally defined frameworks.
- Key Outputs: Commercial Strategy, Digital Calendar, Building Block Mapping, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Leading end-to-end campaign planning—from GTM ideation to execution—ensuring all initiatives are data-backed, timely, and flawlessly delivered.
- Developing best-in-class campaign toolkits and performance frameworks to support regional and local teams in campaign rollouts.
- Ensuring alignment of ecommerce priorities with brand, retail, and CRM teams to amplify omni-channel impact
- Instilling campaign discipline via toolkits, readiness trackers, test-and-learn agendas, and PMRs.
- Key Outputs: Go-To-Market Plans, Execution Playbooks, Campaign Delivery Tracker, Post-Mortem Reviews (PMR), Test-and-Learn Roadmaps
eCommerce USP Development & Innovation Platforms (IPs)
- Crafting and evolving long-term ecommerce differentiation strategies that give consumers compelling reasons to shop online.
- Building exclusive online propositions (e.g., IPs, bundles, early access, loyalty unlocks) that enhance frequency, AOV, and retention.
- Continuously optimizing USP effectiveness through experimentation and measurement frameworks.
- Key Outputs: eCommerce IP Development, Differentiated USP Strategy, Frequency Drivers, Conversion Boosters, Performance Dashboards

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…
- More than 10 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or commercial strategy, preferably within beauty, fashion, or consumer retail industries
- Proven experience managing high-growth ecommerce businesses in multi-market/regional settings with strong P&L accountability
- Deeply experienced in campaign planning, value proposition development, and calendar orchestration at a regional level
- Fluent in ecommerce metrics, A/B testing, promo modeling, and business case building
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and executional excellence
