Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Director- Digital Transformation to join our team and drive business growth, client engagement, and delivery excellence across banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will bring 25+ years of global experienceleading large-scale digital initiatives, cloud transformation journeys, and banking solution consulting across JAPAC and LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage P&L for BFSI consulting and product services, with focus on Core Banking, Treasury, Payments, and Trade Finance.
• Drive sales, presales, and delivery strategy for cloud and AI-powered banking solutions, ensuring consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain CXO-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for transformation and regulatory initiatives.
• Lead multi-regional, cross-cultural teams of 40–50+ across consulting delivery, product design, and program governance.
• Define and execute cloud adoption strategies, including AI-native and cloud-native frameworks for top-tier banks.
• Govern enterprise-scale programs with steering committee oversight, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence across 50+ global banks.
• Contribute to product innovation and go-to-market strategy by collaborating with Microsoft product teams on Securities, Islamic Banking, and LATAM-specific enhancements.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships and service ecosystems to expand market reach and recurring revenue streams.
• Design and deliver customized banking transformation journeys, covering regulatory, digital core modernization, and payment system innovation.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams, foster a culture of excellence, and lead with strategic foresight and operational rigor.
