    Job description:Please Note: You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Operations Lead to oversee the delivery of our digital projectsspanning website development, digital assets, congress content, and patient/HCP engagement solutions. This individual will lead day-to-day operations for a growing digital delivery team, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure project excellence across timelines, quality, and cost.This is a strategic India-centric role with a strong focus on execution, people management, and scaling operational systems as the team grows to serve both Medical Affairs and Commercial functions.Job responsibilities: Project Operations: *Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital communication projects (e.g., websites, visual content, patient portals, interactive congress material) Monitor timelines, resource allocation, quality standards, and cost efficiency Define and implement SOPs, workflows, and documentation best practices Team Management & Vendor Coordination: *Lead a cross-functional team of project managers, designers, developers, and content producers Build and manage vendor relationships (design, dev, multimedia) to ensure scalable and agile delivery Stakeholder Engagement: *Work closely with business leads, scientific teams, and client-facing teams to translate briefs into actionable project plans Collaborate with Medical Affairs clients to align delivery with scientific and regulatory expectations AI-Driven Efficiency & Innovation: *Identify and implement AI-based tools and platforms (e.g., content generation, QA automation, design tools) to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of delivery Stay updated on emerging technologies and work with internal teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into workflows Scale & Process Maturity: *Drive maturity of the operations function to support scale, including project tracking tools, dashboards, and resourcing plans Support new business opportunities by setting up delivery processes for production-ready content and commercial engagementsQualifications and prerequisites: 7+ years of experience in digital operations, project management, or delivery roles in a pharma, healthcare, life sciences agency, or digital communication firm Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across content, design, and tech Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of pharma communication Strong program management, vendor management, and quality control skills Experience implementing or working with AI-enabled tools in content, design, or project workflows is a strong advantage Exposure to delivering content for Medical Affairs functions or pharma congresses is a plus Proficient with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or other PM systemsApplication process:Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised.
