Job Description
Requirements:
- Total experience of 16+ years
- Strong and progressive experience in IT services with a leadership role managing multi-million-dollar engagements
- Proven track record in consulting-led delivery, with experience in fixed price, T&M, and managed services models
- Deep understanding of enterprise technologies, software engineering practices, and digital transformation frameworks
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed global teams
- Strong business and financial acumen focused on outcomes, ROI, and client value
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset and ambition to lead change
- Experience in verticals such as Life Sciences, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
- Exposure to emerging technologies like AI/ML, Big Data, IoT, or Cloud-native architectures
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
Responsibilities:
- Drive account growth through innovation and value-added delivery
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs and client workshops
- Promote a consulting mindset within delivery teams
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs across multiple clients and verticals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with high quality standards
- Translate business objectives into actionable delivery strategies
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for growth and transformation within client accounts
- Own P&L for assigned accounts or business units
- Manage delivery risks, budgets, contracts, and governance
- Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency
- Guide teams in adopting modern engineering and delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML)
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
- Lead, coach, and scale high-performing cross-functional teams globally
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent, cultivating a culture of ownership and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
