About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in B2B business development to lead global sales and strategic initiatives for a design-driven consulting startup based in Powai, Mumbai. The role involves:

  1. Driving new customer acquisition within mid-to-large enterprises.
  2. Managing high-value accounts and conducting consultative sales engagements with CXO-level stakeholders.
  3. Collaborating with UI/UX and delivery teams to position innovative solutions.
  4. Owning new client acquisition and enterprise account growth.
  5. Leading consultative sales for UX/IT and transformation projects.
  6. Representing the company at industry events.
  7. Mentoring the business development team.
  8. Utilizing CRM, analytics, and automation tools for sales management and forecasting.
  9. Positioning UI/UX and technology capabilities to foster growth.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B business development at the Director/Head level.
  • A proven track record of acquiring new clients and driving strategic sales in consulting.
  • Experience handling CXO/enterprise deals and building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
