Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across all HR functions, balancing long-term vision with effective daily operations.

  • Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, and succession planning.

  • Lead performance management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.

  • Drive HR digital transformation, including adoption and optimisation of HR technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, organisational policies, and governance standards.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in a complex operational environment.

  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in integrity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Preferably with Graduate Diploma in Human Resource, Organisation Development or Supply Chain Management and its equivalent or certification in HR (for example, SHRMSCP or equivalent).

  • At least 15 years of HR experience, including 10 years in senior leadership, preferably within public healthcare, logistics, or supply chain sectors.

  • Expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.

Note: Salary will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience.
