Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of Membership and Guest Services (MGS) functions.
  • Co-ordinate with casino marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
  • Lead and communicate to MGS team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Audit and IT teams to ensure regulatory and compliance protocols and processes are meticulously included and carried out
  • Support the Vice President/ Assistant Vice President in the development and implementation of process improvements, systems enhancements, training programs and projects as assigned for MGS team members.
  • Supervise transactions performed by MGS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Minimum ten years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in an integrated resort or in relevant industry and in a supervisory role.
