Position Overview

The AI Solutions Architect will build AI and Machine Learning models, focusing on generative AI, LLMs, and predictive modeling. The role involves collaborating with business owners, data scientists, and engineers to develop solutions, define strategic AI priorities, and educate teams on AI developments.

Responsibilities

1. Design and oversee end-to-end AI solutions, including LLM-based use cases.
2. Align AI solutions with business outcomes.
3. Ensure interoperability between systems and vendors.
4. Educate teams on AI trends and present findings.
5. Evaluate predictive and LLM-based models at scale.
6. Develop and maintain data models and interfaces.
7. Respond to business needs, troubleshoot, and expand capabilities.
8. Contribute to AI strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

1. 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading a data science team.
2. PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
3. Extensive experience with ML tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost.
4. Knowledge of LLM pipelines, retrieval augmented generation, prompting techniques.
5. Familiarity with langchain, llamaindex, Haystack, Azure AI Studio, vector databases.
6. Proficiency with SQL, Azure Data Factory, Big Data frameworks.
7. Understanding of MLOps, cloud compute, orchestration tools.
8. Ability to read and critique research papers.
9. Excellent communication skills.
