Job summary

LSBF invites visionary leaders to head the School of AI, Computing & Digital Innovation in Singapore. You will bridge academia and industry, shape programme direction, ensure quality, engage with partners, and raise LSBF's profile in the technology ecosystem.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on teaching possibilities, mentoring faculty, and building industry partnerships to deliver future-ready graduates in AI, data, and digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in a relevant discipline.
• Strong expertise in AI, Computing, Data, Technology or Digital Innovation.
• Experience in leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and public speaking skills.
• Understanding of higher education quality assurance and academic governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for AI, Computing and Digital programmes.
• Ensure programme quality, assessment integrity and academic standards.
• Lead curriculum reviews to ensure industry relevance and future-readiness.
• Participate in Academic Board meetings, examination boards and quality assurance activities.
• Work with university partners on programme delivery and enhancement.
• Position LSBF as a recognised contributor within the AI and technology ecosystem.
• Build relationships with technology firms, professional bodies, industry experts and employers.
• Represent LSBF at conferences, industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for guest speakers, industry projects and partnerships.
• Promote collaboration with organisations involved in AI, data, cybersecurity, software engineering and emerging technologies.
• Support faculty development and teaching excellence.
• Foster a positive and engaging student experience.
• Support student projects, competitions, hackathons and industry engagement activities.
• Teaching (Preferred): exposure to AI, ML, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, Emerging Technologies.
