Job description

About the role:

• Work with the team to identify and pursue business development opportunities,
• Utilizing the global Cushman & Wakefield network to develop and manage key client accounts
• Managing broker transaction across APAC
• Understand corporate drivers to be able to identify real estate opportunities and risks.
• Ability to assess and determine the business needs, formulate real estate strategies and then implement these in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Data management of existing CRM portals
• Responsible for coordinating and consolidating business development data from commercial leasing teams in APAC

About you:

• Strong knowledge of the Singapore real estate fundamentals – specifically leasing
• Understanding of key concepts of workplace place strategy
• Creation of clear, well-presented marketing materials for proposals.
• Ability to create, analyse and interpret complex financial models.
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to present with confidence both internally and externally.
• Work effectively with all colleagues locally and internationally.
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships.
