As the Director of Admissions & Public Relations at GIBS Business School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the student admissions lifecycle and brand communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving national-level admissions outreach, enhancing institutional visibility, managing PR and media presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various platforms. To excel in this role, you must possess a dynamic leadership approach, target-driven mindset, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.In terms of admissions strategy and operations, you will lead the end-to-end student admission process for all programs, develop annual admissions strategies aligned with institutional goals, drive outreach campaigns through various channels, and establish strong connections with education associates and influencers. Additionally, you will set ambitious enrollment targets, monitor performance metrics, oversee application screening and student interviews, and collaborate with academic and administrative departments for a seamless onboarding experience.Your role will also involve managing public relations and branding activities by serving as the face of GIBS for media and public engagements, implementing robust PR strategies, building media relations, and creating impactful content across different platforms. Furthermore, you will work closely with digital and creative teams for lead generation, branding campaigns, and social media engagement to optimize marketing efforts and admissions conversion.As a leader, you will be responsible for building relationships with industry leaders, alumni, school principals, and corporate HRs, representing GIBS at education forums and summits, and inspiring and managing the Admissions & PR team to achieve performance goals. With a focus on team capacity building, training, and mentoring, you will instill a target-driven mindset and foster excellence across the department.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Masters degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive experience in admissions, marketing, or PR, preferably in the education sector. Your track record should demonstrate success in meeting admissions targets, enhancing brand value, and building high-performance teams. Strong outreach skills, leadership abilities, strategic thinking, communication skills, and proficiency in traditional and digital marketing tools are essential for this position. Tech-savviness with CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing platforms will further enhance your effectiveness in this dynamic and competitive environment.,
