Reporting to the VP, Payment Ecosystem Risk, thePayment Ecosystem Risk - Insights and Controlsteam is responsible for:
robust execution of Ecosystem Risk programs focused on direct and indirect Visa clients ensuring the integrity and security of Visa’s payment ecosystem whilst supporting (new) business growth
partnering with internal stakeholders in ensuring new Visa solutions are risk managed
leading thought leadership and solutions in the risk and security space combatting payments fraud
What a Director, Acquirer and Integrity Risk does at Visa
As a key contributor of the Payment Ecosystem Risk team, the Director, Acquirer and Integrity Risk will report to the AP Head ofPayment Ecosystem Risk - Insights and Controlsteam and is the lead subject matter expert on all matters related to acquiring risk standards and controls. They will oversee and execute Visa risk programs, such as:

As the Director, Acquirer and Integrity Risk for Visa Asia Pacific, you will be a key member of the Asia Pacific Risk Team ensuring robust execution of the acquiring risk programs to safeguard the security and integrity of the Visa payment ecosystem. You will be the AP key subject matter expert in advising best practices in risk management and controls for our acquiring clients.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsWhat you will need:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned payments acquiring risk leader (minimum 12 years) offering a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on problem solving in both established and dynamic, fast paced environments.
This role would be perfect for someone who is focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients within global standard frameworks and policies, is unafraid to test the boundaries to evolve the programs and the attention to detail to truly understand clients risk management framework and controls in underwriting reviews.
