Title and Summary

Director, Account Management - Digital Partnerships Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled sales and business development professional to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on strengthening Mastercard’s strategic partnerships with major digital players in China, supporting their global expansion, and driving adoption of Mastercard’s products, solutions, and services.

Role
  1. Own and drive the overall relationship and profitability of the key customers.
  2. Lead all account management and business development activities for assigned customers.
  3. Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to enhance both customer and Mastercard profitability.
  4. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading digital players and collaborate effectively with Mastercard support teams.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new segments and product opportunities, developing tailored propositions to maximize market penetration.
  6. Lead complex initiatives internally and externally, managing key customer accounts, stakeholder relationships, and large-scale cross-functional projects.
  7. Identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities, programs, and solutions that drive long-term growth.
  8. This role requires a commercially astute business developer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, a fast-learning mindset, and a deep understanding of new technologies. The position involves frequent travel to support business needs.
