To perform director duties in a newly established early childhood learning centre.

Detailed Responsibilities

- In charge of daily operation

- Recruitment of trainees thru personal connection and social medial platforms

- Attend to customers' enquiry and give professional advice and tailor-made training schedule, etc.

- Monitor part time employees' working procedure and performance

- Demonstrate right working attitude and coaching skills

- Cash handling

- Plan staff roster & get management's approval

Requirements

- Min 2 years' experience as Early Childhood Educator

- Able to deal with customers with different education backgrounds

- Needs to work on shifts covering evening time, weekends and public holidays

- Need to have at least a L2 educator certified

- Be sales-oriented, actively promoting company’s service and products
