Job summary

Tung Lok Noble Gifts is seeking a dedicated team member to support dim sum production in Singapore. You will assist in preparing dim sum items, handle production machinery, and help the dim sum chef with ingredient prep, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging.

Maintain strict hygiene and food safety while labeling and storing ingredients and finished products. Ideal candidates are able to follow recipes, portion guidelines and work as part of a positive, reliable team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of dim sum items.
• Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum.
• Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards.
• Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
