KBR is seeking a Digitalization Specialist to support and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Python. You will contribute to automation initiatives, build dashboards, and assist in project data analysis within a collaborative, project-based environment.

Fresh graduates with basic Power Platform exposure and Python knowledge are welcome to apply, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic, global engineering setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform through coursework, self-learning, or internships.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving.

Digitalization Specialist - Microsoft Power Platform & Python Development

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development of digitalization and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members to meet project and organizational objectives.
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools to improve engineering and project management processes.
• Support the creation of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track project performance and key metrics.
• Learn and apply understanding of EPC project lifecycles to identify potential digitalization and automation opportunities.
• Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting improvement or automation opportunities.
• Contribute to workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Help maintain and enhance automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools and platforms.
