What The Role Is

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector. You will be part of the Data Office within MinLaw’s Strategic Planning and Policy Division. The Data Office team develops and implements strategies that leverage digital technologies and artificial intelligence to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive advantages across the organisation. We are seeking an innovative Digitalisation and AI trainee to develop and implement MinLaw's digital and AI transformation initiatives. In this role, you will join the team in conceptualising, developing and implementing digital and AI solutions that enhance MinLaw’s government services and improve citizens' lives. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience in applying digital and AI solutions to solve complex real‑world problems in policy development and service delivery.

What You Will Be Working On

What We Are Looking For
