Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive project success.
• Experienced in transformation projects in financial services in leading organizations preferably across multiple locations
• Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives and driving innovation.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, machine learning, data analytics etc
• Familiarity in Project Management, Delivery & Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Finance domain - Wealth Management with experience working on cross asset projects.
• Domain knowledge in core business processes and products, and sales process in Wealth Management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with internal clients and colleagues.
• Capability to align project objectives with broader business goals and strategic initiatives.
