Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a role to support the Standards Division in its digital transformation. You will act as the interface between business users, IT teams, and external solution providers, driving SMART Standards initiatives and AI-enabled applications to modernise digital standards products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, business analysis, product management, technology implementation or digital innovation.
• Experience working with both business and IT teams to implement or enhance digital systems.
• Experience engaging technology vendors, solution providers or system integrators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies including AI/LLMs and digital knowledge platforms.
• Experience with Agile delivery, UAT, change management or digital product implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Standards Division's digital transformation efforts.
• Coordinate with IT teams on system improvements, testing and issue resolution.
• Provide business support to users including onboarding, access management and inquiries.
• Support pilot projects involving SMART Standards, AI and LLMs.
• Engage technology vendors to evaluate emerging digital standards solutions.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders to identify digital use cases for standards.
• Conduct environmental scanning on international developments in standards digitalisation.
• Assist in projects related to the Singapore Standards eShop and customer experience improvements.
• Support project management, stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
