Digital Transformation-Technical Lead

Role: Hybrid

A Digital Transformation Lead is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on guiding organizations through the complex process of integrating digital technology into relevant areas of their operations.

This professional is tasked with driving change that optimizes business processes, improves customer experiences, and fosters innovation to maintain competitive advantage in an increasingly digital world. They combine a deep understanding of current technological trends with a keen insight into organizational dynamics to craft and implement digital strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluating and understanding the current business processes to identify opportunities for digital enhancement
  2. Conducting research on emerging digital trends, analyzing market data to develop sales strategies and product positioning that differentiates Allied World across primary market segments
  3. Designing and implementing product strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives including business cases to secure executive sponsorship
  4. Engaging with senior stakeholders to align digital goals with business objectives
  5. Driving execution of digital initiatives
  6. Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to integrate new technologies and processes
  7. Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
  8. Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure digital transformation impact and effectiveness
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
